Download Instagram stories
Paste the link to one story from a public account and save the photo or video before it disappears.
How to download
1. Open the story
In Instagram, open the story you want, tap ⋯ (or the paper-plane icon), then Copy link.
2. Paste it here
The link looks like instagram.com/stories/username/ followed by a long number.
3. Download
Tap Download. Photos save as JPG and videos as MP4.

Save straight from the Instagram app
On Android: open KeepClip in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then Install app (or Add to Home screen). After that, KeepClip appears in your phone's share menu. In Instagram, tap the paper-plane icon on a post or Reel, then Share (or More), choose KeepClip, and the download opens.
On iPhone: tap Copy link in Instagram, open KeepClip, and tap Paste. Safari doesn't let websites appear in the Share menu yet.
Questions
How long can I download a story?
Only while it's live: stories disappear from Instagram after 24 hours, and after that there's nothing left to download. Highlights stay up but aren't supported yet.
Why does it say the story isn't available?
The story has expired, been deleted, or belongs to a private account. KeepClip can only reach stories from public accounts.
Can I paste a link to all of someone's stories?
Not yet. Open the single story you want and copy that link, so you download exactly the one you mean.
Is it free?
Yes. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to install.
